Kerry Pendergast is a Riverside native and has been in community banking since 1970.Hired as one of the first trainees for Riverside National Bank (now City National), he has been a banker in the local community for 40 years. Mr. Pendergast was one of the founding organizers of Premier Service Bank and has been the bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer since its incorporation in December 2000. Mr. Pendergast is involved in numerous community organizations, including: Riverside County Regional Medical Center Foundation, Riverside Community College District Foundation, Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation, and is serving as Chairman of the Board of the Corona Chamber of Commerce.

Jessica Lee began her banking career in 1985 with East West Bank in San Marino, California after receiving her Master of Business Administration degree from St. Johns University in New York. Serving as Chief Financial Officer, she supervises all aspects of the Bank’s accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, along with the Bank’s investment portfolio. Her experience includes asset liability management, investment portfolio management, strategic planning and operations. Prior to joining Premier Service Bank, Ms. Lee was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for GBC International Bank from 2004 to 2007 and was the Senior Vice President and Director of Operations of Trust Bank from 1995 to 2004.

Angela L. Rivers

Angela Rivers has been in community banking for approximately 25 years. Her background encompasses loan administration operations and information technology. She has been with Premier Service Bank since its initial organization and has been involved in all facets of the bank’s initial organization. Serving as the Chief Credit Officer, Ms. Rivers has the overall responsibility for the supervision and management of the bank’s credit lending function. Involved in numerous community organizations, Ms. Rivers is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.
