Premier Service Bank Names Philip A. Rizzo, Vice President - Community Liaison Officer
Kerry L. Pendergast, President and CEO of Premier Service Bank PSBK, a California state-chartered bank headquartered in Riverside, California, announced today that Philip A. Rizzo has been appointed Vice President and Community Liaison Officer for the bank. In this role Mr. Rizzo will be responsible for developing and managing the bank's Community Relations Program.
Prior to joining Premier Service Bank, Mr. Rizzo had been the Executive Director of the March Joint Powers Authority (JPA) and prior to that had been employed by the Riverside County Office of Education, as their Director of Governmental Relations.
In 1992, after a 25 year career in the United States Air Force, Phil retired as Colonel and Base Commander of, what was then known as, March Air Force Base.

For the past seventeen years, Mr. Rizzo has been involved in a myriad of organizations, including: Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, Moreno Valley YMCA Task Force, Law Enforcement Appreciation Committee, Friends of March Air Force Base, Moreno Valley Campus (RCC) Community Partners, Riverside County Sheriff's Commission on Recruiting, Retention and Diversity and the Kiwanis Club of Riverside.
