Premier Service Bank Promotes
Dean Fletcher to Executive V.P. - CFO

Premier Service Bank has promoted Dean Fletcher to Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer from his former position as Senior Vice President. It is a title Mr. Fletcher is accustomed to, having been in three prior organizations as the bank’s executive vice president for over fifteen years. In fact, Premier Service Bank is the third bank he has been involved in founding. Mr. Fletcher remarked, “There is something gratifying in creating something from the ground up.”

His continued responsibilities include preparing financial reports, accounting functions, facilities management, human resources, regulatory compliances and bank-wide operations.

Dean Fletcher is a licensed CPA. He graduated from the Pacific School of Banking at the University of Washington, as well as the University of Utah with a B.S. in Accounting. He is most recently from the Yosemite area. He moved to Riverside in September 2002 when Premier Service Bank opened for business. He has been married for thirty-two years to his wife, Nadine, and they are the parents of seven children.
